Client Testimonials
Jenna has healing hands! Her deep tissue massage is amazing, and I love adding cupping therapy. Also, her space is beautiful! 💫

Jenna is intuitive, grounded, and truly listens to what my body needs. She helped resolve my hip pain and continues to help me feel my best after every session. Highly recommend!
— Savannah, Asheville NC
Her ashiatsu massage has helped my low back and hip pain so much, keeping me back in the gym and achieving lifting goals. Her office is in a convenient location downtown right off the charlotte st exit with plenty of free onsite parking, it looks great in there too! 10/10 recommend Jenna.

Massage Therapy
I customize every massage based on how you’re feeling that day.
I draw from all the modalities I’ve studied: swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and cupping therapy.
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
This is a deep tissue massage without the same pain or pokey elbows you might be used to.
Great for chronic pain, lower back & hip pain, and reducing stress.
Hi, I’m Jenna.
Being stressed and in some level of pain is the default for so many of us.
It was for me for many years after a series of car accidents. And honestly, massage saved me.
Every body is different and so is every day, so every session with me is fully customized to what you need that day.
If you’re looking for a therapeutic professional massage by a licensed massage therapist, you’re in the right place.
I get asked these alot…
Maybe they’re on your mind, too.

With Ashiatsu, I primary use my feet for long, broad deep tissue work. And my integrative sessions are done with my hands - and with both, I draw from all of the modalities I’ve studied.

It’s when a part of your muscle is lacking blood flow. Not all “knots” are necessarily trigger points. And no you don’t have to feel “pain” to release something but you will feel a sensation!

Not usually - and that’s the beauty of it! Using my bodyweight allows me to use more broad strokes to give a deep tissue experience without the pain.
-
I do! I can add it onto any session for $5.
